The Municipality offers:

The municipality offers pre-school classes from the autumn term of the year the child turns six. Education in a pre-school class contains 15 h/week and takes place in school. Activities in a pre-school class should stimulate the childs development and learning and form a basis for continuous education. Pre-school classes are optional and free.

The right to choose school
There is a possibility to apply for a place at a certain school in the municipality. We will as far as possible satisfy the requirements. However, children living close to the school take precedence. There is also a possibility to apply for a compulsory school place in another municipality or at a non-public school. If you choose a school other than the one the child is supposed to attend, you will, however, have to pay for transportation.
